Weâre looking for a Capability & People Experience Partner to join our team in Melbourne. As a hands-on role, youâll design learning programs and employee experiences that genuinely move the dial. This is a 5-month max-term hybrid role, based in our Melbourne office.
Requirements
- Experience across learning & development, capability, change, OD, HR or experience design
- Strong grounding in humanâcentred design and modern learning approaches
- Confidence working with LMS and digital learning tools
- Comfort using data to inform decisions and improve outcomes
- Solid project and change capability â you can move from idea to delivery
- Ability to juggle priorities and stay focused in a fastâpaced environment
