Job Description

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will work in our call centre on a rotational roster, providing warm and empathetic customer service while learning about the telco industry and developing your skills in accounts and customer service.
Requirements
- An interest in learning about the telco industry (experience is helpful but not essential)
- A genuine curiosity about IT and technology
- A background in accounts or customer service
- Confident computer skills and comfort with basic data entry
- Warm, clear communication with a collaborative, empathetic approach
