Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and forward thinking pharmacy leader to join our team as Associate Director of Pharmacy Operations at Austin Health. The role is responsible for coordinating high quality, efficient and innovative operational pharmacy services across our three campuses.
Requirements
- At least 8 years' hospital pharmacy experience with proven leadership capability.
- Strong operational management skills across people, performance and financial oversight.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of hospital pharmacy services, medication safety and quality improvement.
- Commitment to professional development, education and evidence-based practice.
- AHPRA registration and relevant postgraduate qualifications
