Product Practice Analyst

Australian Payments Plus (AP+) is seeking a Product Practice Analyst to support the Product function by analysing product-related work, identifying risks and inefficiencies, and recommending improvements. The role partners with stakeholders to document and improve processes, embed fit-for-purpose methods and tools, and use data-driven insights to help the Product team operate more effectively.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in business, commerce, finance, IT, data/analytics, operations, or a related discipline
• Certifications in process improvement or analysis
• Experience analysing and improving framework processes/procedures within product, technology or operations environments
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement experience
• Strong analytical and systems thinking
• Working knowledge of product practices
• Practical knowledge of process analysis and improvement techniques
• Practical knowledge of data analysis and reporting
