We’re looking for a Talent Partner or Specialist to oversee all recruitment efforts across various locations, developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent globally.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, with a focus on technical recruitment
- Strong understanding of autonomous robotics, and related technologies
- 3+ years experience recruiting in Germany and a good understanding of the local tech talent landscape
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in an international environment
- Strategic mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving startup environment
- Fluency in English required, German a nice to have
- EU citizenship required
