Job Description

Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in HR work
- At least 5 years of experience in people management with a team of 5 or more
- Ability to take on hands-on work as needed
- Experience in setting team vision, roadmaps, and goals, and managing teams to achieve objectives
- Experience in operating PDCA cycles from problem identification to strategy formulation, implementation, and effectiveness analysis
- Experience in coaching CXO-level executives
- Experience in developing workforce planning
- Experience in managing a multinational team
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment, address ambiguity, and adjust priorities as needed
