Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Engineer to support our software development process with automated tools and professional services, responsible for supporting enterprise customers, identifying and resolving technical issues, and contributing to their business goals.
Requirements
- Experience in software development, QA (test design and automation), technical support, or CS/pre-sales in the SaaS industry
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and modern development processes (e.g. Agile, CI/CD)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to drive resolution
- Basic English proficiency or willingness to learn
