We are looking for a commercial leader who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence to lead our Belgian B2B sales organization across Antwerp, Hasselt, and Ghislenghien.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading larger outbound sales teams and Team Leads
- Strong track record in commercial growth and performance management
- Comfortable working in fast-changing, execution-driven environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Hands-on experience with KPI management, forecasting, and sales reporting
- Ability to balance strategy with operational execution
- Experience within automotive or strong affinity with the automotive sector is a strong plus
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
