Sales Agent with English language proficiency

We are looking for an experienced Sales Agent to join our Zhytomyr Team, responsible for all aspects of automotive retailing, including engaging with new leads, managing the full vehicle purchase cycle, and building strong relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Car sales experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of CRM tool
• Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively
• Exceptional customer service orientation, ensuring a positive experience for clients
