Sales Agent with Polish language proficiency

AutoBidMaster is a fast-growing online marketplace in the unique segment of the automotive industry. We are looking for an experienced Sales Agent to join our Warsaw Team.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Polish
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Russian/Ukrainian would be a nice-to-have
• Car sales experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of CRM tool
• Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively
• Exceptional customer service orientation, ensuring a positive experience for clients
