Job Description
The CNC Manufacturing Floor Lead oversees high-quality machining output and adherence to safety and production standards. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on CNC machining expertise.
Requirements
- 10+ years of CNC machining experience
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret GD&T
- Strong knowledge of cutting tools, machining parameters, feeds/speeds, and materials
- Experience with common CNC controls (Brothers, Haas, Mazak, Okuma, etc.)
- Demonstrated leadership or lead-operator experience
