Software Engineer

Automation Anywhere is seeking a Junior AI/ML Engineer to join its Sustaining Engineering team. The engineer will contribute to solving customer issues and creating AI-driven solutions that improve developer productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience in product development
• Solid foundation in Python, with experience in ML/AI libraries
• Good understanding of software engineering concepts: debugging, logging, REST APIs, distributed systems basics
• Understanding of web application architecture, APIs, and databases
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, or agentic workflows
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices
• Strong programming skills with experience debugging and fixing production code
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues systematically
• Experience working with version control systems (Git) and creating pull requests
• Genuine passion for customer success and problem-solving
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools
• Experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems
