Trainee - Associate Technical Support Engineer

Requirements

• Knowledge of security standards and practices (OAuth, SAML, SSO)
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of Generative AI and Prompt Engineering
