Job Description
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the order process with an assigned group of customers, ensuring that products are supplied on time and error free. The position plays a key role in the communication process with the customer, ensuring that all parties on the supply chain process are informed, from origin to the customer's receiving location.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of similar experience handling FCL & LCL shipments, bookings, AES filings
- Strong technical skills: Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with ERP and Logistics systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle high volume and meet deadlines
- Fluency in Spanish would be an asset
