Job Description
Sanhua is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge.
Requirements
- Manage inbound customer communications
- Consult on customer success
- Maintain working product knowledge
- Track interactions in CRM/ERP
- Purchase order and sales order processing and tracking
- Invoicing, packing slips, and bill of lading preparation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- Possess a sense of urgency
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge in WMS and ERP
- Fluent in English
