Concierge (AutoPlanet Durham)

AutoPlanet Durham is seeking a Concierge to join their dynamic team. The Concierge will be responsible for greeting customers, directing them to the appropriate contact, and offering solutions and resolutions. The ideal candidate will have administration experience, strong computer skills, and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of administration experience
• Strong computer skills
• Professional and confident with frequent customer interaction
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Proven self-starter that can work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of vehicle makes and models
