Drive for Excellence. As a Concierge at AutoPlanet Durham, you will greet customers, direct them to the appropriate contact, and determine the nature of their visit. You will analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer solutions, serve as telephone back-up, and maintain a professional appearance. A positive attitude and strong customer service skills are essential.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of administration experience
• Strong computer skills
• Professional and confident with frequent customer interaction
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Proven self-starter that can work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of vehicle makes and models
• Merchandising experience is an asset
