Job Description
AutoPlanet Brampton is seeking a Presales Manager to join their dynamic team in Brampton. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of Automotive Sales Experience, OMVIC Certification, and a valid Ontario Driver's License.
Requirements
- Managing and training staff to reply to internet leads and convert them into appointments.
- Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all Presales staff.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
