Director, Product

We are TRADER, a Canadian leader in digital automotive solutions, and we're looking for a Director of Product to lead key products within our fintech domain. The role involves owning product vision and strategy, leading a team of Product Managers, and partnering with financial institutions to understand evolving needs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Experience leading and developing Product Managers
• Proven experience owning product vision, strategy, and outcomes for complex products or platforms
• Experience working closely with enterprise customers or partners to shape product direction
• Ability to operate effectively in complex systems with multiple stakeholders, integrations, and workflows
• Experience working in strong product-led technology organizations
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders across product, engineering, and business teams
• A track record of coaching Product Managers and building high-performing teams
