As an Office Manager, you will be a central part of our Facility Management Team, ensuring smooth collaboration, coordinating administrative processes, and supporting the team in daily operations.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in the field of Office Management/Assistance
- Experience in a comparable position (e.g. Office Manager, Team Assistant, Executive Assistant or Travel Manager)
- Very good organizational and coordination skills and a structured way of working
- Outstanding communication skills and service orientation
- Safe handling of MS Office
- Very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking
