The office manager will handle various tasks, including answering phone calls, receiving customers, and supporting the management in organizational and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a comparable position
• Ideally completed commercial training
• Highly developed organizational skills and team abilities
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance
• Very good German and good English language skills in writing and speaking
• Safe handling of MS Office
