Office Manager (m/f/d)

We're looking for an Office Manager to welcome business partners, guests, and employees with a smile and create a positive and professional atmosphere. The role involves planning, organization, and execution of internal and external events, as well as supporting the daily office routine and contributing to a well-organized and welcoming workplace environment.

Requirements

• Experience in the hotel industry, gastronomy, retail, and/or completed a commercial apprenticeship
• Experience in organizing events
• Knowledge of inventory, merchandise management, and shipping
• Independent, structured, and conscientious work ethic
• Excellent service orientation
• Proficiency in German and English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
