Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in web strategy, or digital experience management
• Excellent project management skills
• Proven expertise in HubSpot CMS and Marketing Hub, AEO and Google Tag Manager, Website analytics (GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot), CMS systems (WordPress, Sitecore, etc.), AI tools for content and optimization
• Experience leading global web operations, managing agencies, and collaborating with cross-functional marketing and IT teams
• People management skills
