Avaloq is looking for a Sales Director to lead business development for their Composable Solutions in the Americas, with a focus on developing go-to-market sales and delivery strategies, building new client relationships, and driving sustained revenue growth.
Requirements
- Over 10+ years of experience in B2B sales within the financial, technology, banking or wealth management industry
- 5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment
- Deep understanding of market trends, competitor landscape, and client needs
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing RFI/RFP processes and complex, long-cycle deals
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking capabilities
