Resident Care Manager - Registered Nurse oversees and coordinates resident care at Avamere Park West in West Seattle, responsible for care planning, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Participate in the development of a written plan of care for each resident
• Make daily rounds to ensure that all nursing personnel are performing their work assignments
• Delegate, train, evaluate and support RN, LPN and CNA personnel
