Requirements

• Design, configuration, integration, and implementation of process control solutions for various industries.
• Develop comprehensive P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and loop descriptions for diverse plants, processes, and/or equipment.
• Develop clear and concise User Requirement Specifications.
• Design, write, implement, test, and document robust PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), DCS (Distributed Control System), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) software.
• Develop stringent control system validation/testing protocols to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Specify and procure essential process instrumentation, PLCs, DCSs, drives, and other electrical components and equipment.
• Develop precise electrical and control panel schematics.
• Create comprehensive scope of supply documents.
• Manage and monitor the progress of automation projects to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Install, test, and commission control systems onsite, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.
• Provide thorough training to operators and engineers on new control systems, enabling them to effectively manage and troubleshoot.
