Avant is seeking a Claims Team Manager – Professional Conduct (Victoria) to join their Melbourne team in a permanent, full-time capacity. The role involves leading a team of Claims Managers, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and oversight of claims management to achieve the best possible outcomes for members.
Requirements
- 10 years' experience in professional conduct claims management, medical indemnity, health law, or a closely related regulatory or legal environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in law, health, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in people leadership, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
