Job Description
Avant Law is seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join its Employment & Workplace team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role will involve managing and supporting other lawyers, advising clients on employment and workplace law issues, and representing clients in workplace claims.
Requirements
- Relevant law degree with strong academic results
- Minimum of 6+ years demonstrated experience in employment law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Business development experience
- Self-starting, bright and enthusiastic team player with high level time management skills and attention to detail
