Job Description
EY is seeking a Senior Associate to join the EY Employment Law team. This 12-month position provides an opportunity for parent leave support in Australia, with potential for conversion to a permanent role. The role involves advising clients on employment law matters, conducting due diligence, and drafting EAs. The position is hybrid, based in either Melbourne or Sydney.
Requirements
- Experience in an Australian top-tier, mid-tier, boutique employment law firm or Big 4 legal practice.
- A good understanding and demonstrable knowledge of Australian employment law.
- Commercially astute and able to talk about the law in a practical way.
- An interest in business development and legal technology.
