Job Description
Avantia Law is seeking a Funds Lawyer to lead the growth of their funds practice. The role involves shaping strategy, guiding delivery, and building a team that pairs exceptional legal judgment with innovative execution. The lawyer will work directly with clients, provide expert legal advice, and engage with lawyers, technologists, and operations specialists across the firm.
Requirements
- 3+ PQE with experience in closed ended funds and LP transfers
- Qualified in England & Wales or US
- Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication skills and client-focused approach
