Job Description
We're looking for a lawyer to lead the growth of our funds practice, defining a modern funds practice and shaping strategy, guiding delivery, and building a team.
Requirements
- 3+ PQE with experience in closed ended funds and LP transfers.
- Qualified in England & Wales or US.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and client-focused approach.
