The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner role supports a variety of recruitment processes, manages recruitment campaigns, and handles general recruitment queries. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to communicate with stakeholders, work under pressure, and be flexible.

Requirements

• Speak Dutch, French, and English
• Previous experience in recruitment or sales (highly desirable)
• Confidence when speaking to various stakeholders
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and at different stages
• Ability to work under pressure and in accordance with tight timescales
• Ability to be very resilient and flexible
