Job Description
Ritter, part of Avantor, is seeking a Maintenance Shift Leader in maintenance, responsible for scheduled maintenance work, inspection, maintenance, and testing activities. The role involves planning and execution of maintenance work, leading a shift team, and ensuring an efficient operating sequence.
Requirements
- Completed training as an electrician, mechatronics engineer, or industrial mechanic
- Several years of professional experience in the maintenance of production machines in the injection molding sector
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Knowledge of media supply, analytical thinking, and process-oriented working style
- Team skills, flexibility, and communication strength
- Very good German language skills in word and writing
