Job Description
As a Maintenance Shift Leader, you are responsible for implementing preventive maintenance tasks and coordinating team activities to achieve site- and shift-related goals. You will work with a team to improve technical facilities and achieve operational daily goals. Our leadership philosophy is to build a leading e-commerce ecosystem for the European fashion and lifestyle market, and we evaluate candidates based on qualifications, performance, and business requirements.
Requirements
- Comprehensive experience in planning inspection and maintenance work
- Strong technical skills and knowledge in electrical engineering, mechanics, and automation technology
- Extensive experience in control systems (SPS) and associated equipment
- Education as a mechatronics technician and further qualifications
- Good English skills on a B2 level
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders
