Job Description
Avantus is seeking a highly organized Legal Operations Associate / Paralegal to support cross-functional teams and contract lifecycle management. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and tracking contracts, maintaining organization, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The company is focused on providing clean energy solutions and has a growing solar power portfolio.
Requirements
- Manage contract life cycle – intake, drafting, negotiation, execution, and post-signature tracking.
- Draft, redline, and review commercial agreements (Master Services Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements).
- Maintain organized records and track contract versions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Educate stakeholders on contracting standards.
- Proactively apply contracting best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CLM (Summize), and Docusign.
