Job Description
The Sr. Paralegal provides real estate, transactional, and administrative support across multiple cross-functional teams, including project finance and development teams, with an emphasis on real estate closings and title curative work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of real estate paralegal experience in an in-house legal department or at a law firm
- Previous experience in the renewable energy industry preferred, but not required
