Customer Success Manager position at Vusyon GmbH, shaping customer success and working with B2B customers to bring AI platforms to life. Combining tech understanding with consulting and process thinking. Central point of contact for customers, ensuring scalable and thought-out AI platform architectures.
Requirements
- Experience in customer success or working with SaaS/platform customers
- Structured, proactive, and communicative working style
- Technical understanding, especially around AI, automation, and platform architecture
- Ideally, first experience with prompt engineering, RAG, or AI tools
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and digital CS processes
