We are seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to be the central interface between our customers and the Tech Team, accompanying workshops and setting up automations.
Requirements
- Central contact person for our customers after project start
- Analysis of customer processes and derivation of meaningful automation approaches
- Conducting and accompanying strategy and process workshops
- Translation of customer requirements into clear technical requirements for the Tech Team
- Operational implementation of low-code and automation solutions
- Close cooperation with the product and development team
- Structured feedback from customer feedback for further software development
- Accompanying customers on a project manager and managing director level
