Field Service Manager

As a Field Service Manager at Aventiv, you will oversee the administration of our tablet program, manage a team of Field Service Technicians, and drive performance objectives to meet business goals. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing capacity planning, and recruiting and training new hires. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Drive performance objectives and lead Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to ensure department and company success metrics
• Manage capacity planning to ensure maximum efficiency and prioritize resource allocation
• Recruit, select, orient, train, and assign new hires
• Conduct team meetings, customer meetings, and performance evaluations
• Manage physical installation, repair, and maintenance of Securus products and features
• Negotiate and manage 3rd party contracts as required to meet business needs
