The Customer Success Manager will generate repeatable strategy of technology adoption for AvePoint customers. The role involves understanding the full sales cycle and liaising between internal and external stakeholders to establish long-term relationships and drive customer success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, technical consulting, technical account management, or technical business analysis
- Proven track record in strategic customer engagement, solution adoption, and retention
- Excellent written/verbal communication, organization, presentation, and project management skills
- Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience in communicating with executive level stakeholders and decision makers
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
