Job Description
We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to support our DACH employees, EMEA, and Global HR function. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to balance operational delivery with process improvement and project work.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in a People Operations/HR Administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English & German
