We are seeking a People Operations Coordinator to support and elevate the day-to-day experience of our People & Culture team. The role involves managing HR systems, recruiting logistics, onboarding experiences, and providing support to employees. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in HR coordination, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in HR coordination
• Experience working with HR systems such as BambooHR
• Experience supporting recruiting coordination and international candidate management
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and operational workflows simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and internal systems
• A high level of discretion when handling confidential information
• A proactive mindset and a passion for learning & growth
• High proficiency with tools, technologies, and digital automations
