As a People Operations Coordinator at Tall Tree, you'll support the people who make great care possible by providing day-to-day support across hiring, onboarding, employee experience, and HR operations. You'll help create a consistent, supportive experience for employees and leaders, ensuring that HR processes are thoughtful, reliable, and human.
Requirements
- Relevant education: A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or completion of an accredited CPHR BC & Yukon post-secondary program.
- Two years of recent experience in Human Resources, recruitment coordination, People Operations, or a related administrative role.
- Experience supporting or coordinating recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools, including Microsoft Office, Slack, and HR systems such as HRIS' or Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.
