Requirements
- BA/BS degree in any IT related field
- 1-3 years of technical software support/project support/applications support experience
- Excellent bilingual communication skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Pro-active, customer-focused, and comfortable dealing with clients directly
