We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to configure, maintain, support, and continuously improve our Salesforce platform for enterprise and government clients.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- Preferably more than 1 year of experience in the IT industry managing large-scale application support, and a strong technical development background with experience across the full project lifecycle.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification required.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud).
- Experience creating workflows, validation rules, process builder flows, and automation tools.
- Ability to create meaningful reports and dashboards for various business functions.
- A highly energetic and motivated team player with strong communication skills, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactively customer-focused, and confident in engaging directly with clients and vendors, able to perform effectively under tight timelines and pressure while contributing to the digital transformation journey.
- Experience supporting end-user training, adoption, and platform governance
- Familiarity with data management tools such as Data Loader or Data Import Wizard.
- Understanding of platform security and sharing models.
- Proficient in communicating with English both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
