Senior Developer (Salesforce)

AvePoint is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce where required.
• Implement business logic using Apex triggers, classes, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.
• Apply best practices in Salesforce architecture, governor limits management, and performance optimization.
• Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to Salesforce development standards.
• Implement Salesforce security best practices including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field-level security.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployments using tools such as Git, Salesforce DX, and DevOps platforms.
• Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and UX designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers where applicable.
