HR Generalist

Avetta is looking for an awesome HR Generalist to join our Global People Ops Team. The ideal candidate is someone with an outgoing personality, who is dynamic, fun, and ready to get things done.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, and follow-through
• High level of confidentiality and personal integrity
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously, with little supervision
• Ability to build productive professional relationships with internal and external partners to resolve any issues or problems
• Computer literacy - proficient with MS Office suite and other platforms
