Human Resources Generalist

Mohawk Industries is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support various HR functions and initiatives, providing guidance and support with talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
• 2-4 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• HR certification (preferred)
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential people data
