Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support various HR functions and initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Requirements

• Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns and providing guidance.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring, communicating, and interpreting applicable HR federal, state, and company requirements, laws, and regulations.
• Assist in the performance management process, including goal setting and performance reviews.
• Facilitate the administration of the company’s diverse compensation programs that includes both exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Perform other duties as needed.
