Job Description
Join Dal-Tile, the largest manufacturer of tile and natural stone in the United States, as a Human Resources Generalist. The role supports various HR functions and initiatives, collaborating with the HR team to deliver comprehensive HR services and guidance on talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices.
Requirements
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters
- Facilitate conflict resolution and foster a positive workplace culture
- Ensure legal compliance
- Assist in the performance management process
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters
- Facilitate the administration of the company’s diverse compensation programs
